Southwest Merch provides custom embroidery, screenprinting, and related promotional product services. All products are made to order unless otherwise noted.

2. Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Production Time: Production time may vary based on order volume, product availability, and complexity. Estimated turnaround will be provided at time of order.

Payment: Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or approved business invoicing.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins. Please ensure artwork and details are accurate before approval.

Rush Orders: Additional fees may apply for expedited processing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

-We offer local pickup and shipping options.

-Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

-Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or lost items.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

-Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

-Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

-If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, and designs provided by customers must be owned by or licensed to them. By submitting artwork, you affirm that you have the legal right to use it.

Southwest Merch is not liable for copyright infringement on customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to use images of completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless explicitly requested otherwise.

6. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from us related to:
